Peter Hyatt When the McCanns spoke, you either believe them or you did not. With analysis, I show why I believe what I do. This allows for discussion as to why I find them deceptive. If you wish to debate any point within the analysis, it can be answered; it is a scientific process. But if disagreeing with you means "hate" and "phobia", this is not a "safe space" for you. Repeatedly posting insults doesn't win anyone over. The more repeated postings of insult the more your own priority becomes apparent.

Ben Salmon Peter Hyatt I understand that (publically at least) there are no translations of any interviews conducted in Portugal (only summaries), and though we do have the English 'rogatory' interviews from a year later, we don't have these in video format (just in writing).

However there were many press appearances/interviews, and many closer to the events than the chosen one (literally, chronologically and geographically). 

I have no criticism of your work, method or findings - but I am curious why that particular interview (replete with cut ins of other clips for the tv show) was preferable to, for example, one of the several sit downs with Portugal's Sandra Felgueiras? Was there a specific reason this interview qualified as the best source for interpretation?

Christopher Kate never said she had been in contact with 6 corpses. It came from Cristovao I believe who wrote this in his book. All that was said about this was from Susan Healy when a journalist asked her in her home how it could have happened and Susan was unable to answer but said as a doctor she may have. Kate would not have worn those clothes to work and had they had cadaver odour on them then the PJ would never have given them back to her to wear for the remainder of their time in Portugal and home on the plane.

Debbie Jane Kirsten Anyone who thinks it's logical and normal for doctors to leave their babies alone in a vulnerable position EVERY night (let alone when one of them specifically says that they were crying for their mummy or daddy, but still think it perfectly OK to leave them alone again), is quite frankly a danger to society and other children. Also another of their friends had a child left alone who was sick, I find shocking. (That is if we go with the assumption that they were left alone every night as the McCanns and Co openly admit to).

"I know that we truth seekers get royally pissed off with the inane comments in support of the McCann’s fairy tale and it’s also fair to say that we rightly question the intellect of anyone who swallows the myth that the McCanns are innocent.
The pro McCanns for their “argument” rely on the smoke and mirrors that in isolation, none of the individual pieces of evidence that incriminates the McCanns is 100% conclusive and that of course must lead to that old chestnut of “reasonable doubt”.
For instance, EVRD dogs have been known to get it wrong but so very rarely as to be virtually unheard of. The DNA evidence is inconclusive but it’s a clear indication that Madeleine’s poor body was indeed transported in the hire car. The litany of lies told by the odious parents may just be “mistakes” and so on and so forth ad nauseum.
I’ll use a word here that some may not be too familiar with and I have posted its definition below. When one takes the HOLISTIC view or if you prefer, the absolute mountain of individual pieces of evidence only pointing in one direction, when considered in combination there is only one logical conclusion. The McCanns are guilty; the only question is, guilty of precisely what?

Chris Roberts Joy Savage Ballentine , I'm sure we all take your point about abuse but it must be remembered that it has always been the swamp vermin who start it because they have no argument at all. It's unrealistic to expect the truth seekers not to respond and stomp them back into the slime and I for one am content to do so.
The uneducated and sanctimonious Gurney is a prime example with her feet so far up "her" Gerald's butt, we can see her hooves are size 7.
To attack a professional like Peter Hyatt in any way whatsoever, one must do so from a position of knowledge, experience and education, nothing else will do. 
Any criticism coming from someone who's "career" involved pushing a pen as a civilian junior clerk in the armed forces for donkey's years followed by rattling up a ladder to clean windows with a bucket and chamois leather, goes beyond the risible. 
Still, at least it's entertaining. Inane and innate stupidity commonly is.

Chris Roberts I spent time in Morocco so I know it well. I had a PM with Gurney ages ago during a "ceasefire" where I indulged her hypothesis, God I must have been bored that day.
Anyway, in true swamp vermin fashion, she reported to her cronies that I had in fact offered to take her to Morocco with me, with the clear implication that I'd be booking a double room, yes really.
The fact of it is that if I flew anywhere with something like that it'd be in a locked crate in the aircraft's hold and tied up to a fence when we reached the destination.

Peter Hyatt Whenever anyone labels a disagreement as "hate" , "racist" or "phobia", there is no dialog. We've heard that for 8 years now, and our tolerance has run out. If someone wishes to debate a point of the analysis, it makes for better analysis. Statement Analysis must have healthy scientific scrutiny and it stands to it. But "stop the hate"? It is used to restrict free speech. Either you agree with me, or you have mental illness, or are morally decrepit. Either way, you are unworthy of being heard. I hope the time has come for this to pass from us. It has plagued us for 8 very long and trying years.

Tonnie Goddard Moon I appreciate the time you lent this case, Mr. Hyatt. As a parent, there was always a part of me that needed something more solid to convince me, beyond reason, that they were responsible.
I latched on to the "Who-leaves-their-kids-alone-in-a-foreign-country" mob because I was comfortable about voicing that scrutiny. 
They'd admitted to their practice of leaving the children alone during their evening activities, so calling them guilty on that was easy. Anything else... not so much. I imagined how I'd feel losing a child and then being accused of harming her... and I couldn't go there.

But I didn't know about Statement Analysis then. Only after reading (and reading and reading) your fantastic results (and the dead-on precision of every one of them) do I finally feel comfortable in my belief of the McCann's guilt. The part of me that knew it all along is going, "Told ya so!" and it absolutely did. I have a real difficult time with overzealous prosecution's underhanded practices. Coerced confessions and good cop // bad-cop antics, 12-hour interviews without breaks, food, etc. Those things enrage me. So if I were a juror, I'd hold out on a vote of guilt until I was convinced. And if I never was? I'd hang the jury before allowing that to happen. What's the phrase, "Better 99 guilty men go free than one innocent man be imprisoned?" That's how I see it.

Statement Analysis has given me that last bit of solid proof needed to say, "I believe they know exactly how that child died." It's the Smoking Gun I know that I personally needed to have peace with my decision. I would trust SA above most of the other branches of science used in hearings, it's just that good. And I look forward to seeing it used as solid evidence in the America's courtrooms. Something that has such remarkable reputation for it's uncanny precision would be godsend to prosecution and defense teams alike. I believe this will happen, and I believe that you will be given credit for being a true pioneer in that effort. Everything I know of SA I learned from you, and so many can (and do) say the same.

Because at the end of the day, what most people want in a verdict is the truth, whether it is or is not what they'd thought it was. SA can bring such truths to light, and have a powerful presence in the eyes of the public and, more importantly, the jury.
